How jazz influences pop, rock and R&B- Presented by the IJEE

Joining Rob will be 3 special vocalists: Jake Stigers, Emily Stanton & Shirley VanPaepeghem and a 7 piece band including our fabulous IJEE horn section.

Rob will be bringing several of his amazing arrangements as well as several we have had commissioned especially for this concert.

You’ll be hearing music from Steely Dan, Al Jarreau, Stevie Wonder, Chuck Mangione, Larry Carlton, Spyro Gyra, and Average White Band. Some of the styles of jazz you’ll hear will include smooth, cool and fusion.
